A medida que el bloqueo sigue restringiendo el movimiento físico de la mayoría de las
personas, hay un aumento muy notable en el intercambio de información y especialmente con
las discusiones en curso sobre lo que está detrás de toda la 'Plandemia' de Coronavirus como
muchas personas se están refiriendo ahora a la situación mundial.
La parálisis del movimiento físico nos ha dado tiempo para detenernos, pensar y reflexionar
sobre hacia dónde se dirige nuestro mundo, así como para discutir las diferentes realidades
que tenemos para nuestro futuro inmediato y a largo plazo como humanos en un planeta en
rápida evolución.
Mientras tanto, aquellos de nosotros que tuvimos la suerte de vivir en el campo y estar
rodeados de naturaleza como estamos en Casita Verde Ibiza y Granada, el bloqueo nos ha
permitido avanzar en muchos proyectos que han estado esperando bastante tiempo para
completarse. Aquí, en nuestro centro de Ibiza, por ejemplo, hemos estado haciendo un
progreso fantástico con todos los desarrollos de jardinería, además de reorganizar y limpiar los
espacios de trabajo y almacenamiento, para que podamos operar de una manera más
eficiente; esta situación no fue posible en la historia de nuestro pequeño ‘paraíso verde’ debido a la concurrencia de tantos voluntarios anteriormente.
Siento que mi decisión oportuna, en julio pasado, de suspender nuestros famosos eventos de
día de puertas abiertas (cada domingo) así como cancelar el programa de voluntariado que
hemos estado ejecutando durante años nos ha funcionado muy bien. Me ha brindado la
oportunidad de pensar cómo haremos un mejor uso de nuestras instalaciones en el futuro,
además de tener un merecido descanso de la necesidad constante de asistir a la interminable
cantidad de visitantes que venían a vernos en todo momento del día, y todos los días de la
semana durante los últimos veinticinco años más o menos.
Por supuesto, realizaremos 'algunos' eventos aquí en el futuro, pero serán mucho más
pequeños y se centrarán exclusivamente en la educación ambiental, la formación de equipos y
talleres organizados diseñados para preparar a los participantes para un estilo de vida más
resiliente hacia el futuro.
También tenemos la intención de utilizar el centro para organizar conferencias y reuniones con miembros del movimiento Ibiza Fènix, ofrecer alojamiento a invitados especiales que no vivan en la isla y vengan para hacer talleres o presentaciones sobre los temas que estamos
estudiando en nuestra Iniciativa de Liderazgo Social .
Como algunos de vosotros habrán leído en los periódicos locales aquí en Ibiza, el gobierno
finalmente está considerando la idea de diseñar paquetes turísticos especiales que ofrezcan
bienestar y ecoturismo para los futuros visitantes de la isla.
Esta es una gran noticia para mí personalmente, ya que recientemente envié correos
electrónicos tanto al Director General de Turismo como al Jefe de Medio Ambiente, (a quienes
conozco durante reuniones anteriores en sus oficinas), que contienen planes para el Centro
Ibiza Ecolandia, además del proyecto de ecoturismo Ibiza Fènix y detalles de nuestro plan para
hacer una aplicación móvil especial de ‘Greenheart’ para residentes y visitantes. También incluí una copia de los Estatutos de la asociación Ibiza Fènix (documentos oficiales), para que
pudieran ver que estábamos haciendo una propuesta seria para cambiar la futura oferta
turística de Ibiza.
Obviamente, organizaré más reuniones con el gobierno con respecto a estos proyectos tan
pronto como se nos permita movernos libremente (con suerte en un futuro no muy lejano).
Trabajando junto con Marc Osmo de nuestro equipo de diseño gráfico, así como con Agathe Utard, quien recientemente se unió a nuestro equipo, también trabajaremos en mejorar el sitio web principal de Ibiza Fènix (www.ibiza-fenix.com), que con suerte se transformará en una plataforma con un diseño más interactivo para conectar todas las diferentes ramas del movimiento de una manera mucho más simbiótica de lo que era posible anteriormente. Junto con nuestro sitio web Casita Verde y el de Greenheart Ibiza (www.thefenixcollective.com), tendremos la ventaja de operar tres plataformas web diferentes que estarán conectadas de forma intrínseca, lo que nos permitirá cubrir una amplia gama de temas y opciones de sinergias, como gestionar la trasmisión de información y proyectos grupales, incluyendo la venta de productos y servicios ecológicos. As the lock-down continues to restrict physical movement for many citizens, there is a very
noticeable increase in information exchange and especially with the ongoing discussions about what’s behind the whole Coronavirus ‘Plandemic’ as many enlightened individuals are now referring to the world situation.
The paralysis of physical social movement has given people time to stop, think and reflect about where our world is heading as well as discuss the many different realities we have on offer for our immediate and far reaching future as humans on a rapidly evolving planet.
Meanwhile, those of us fortunate enough to live in the countryside and be surrounded by nature as we are in Casita Verde Ibiza and Granada, the lock-down has enabled us to advance many projects which have been waiting a long time to be completed. Here in our Ibiza centre for example, we’ve been making fantastic progress with all your gardening developments, plus re-organising and cleaning up all the work and storage spaces, so that we can operate far more efficiently than ever before in the history of our little green paradise.
I feel that my timely decision to discontinue our famous Sunday open day events last July, as
well as cancel the volunteer programme we’ve been running for years has worked out very well for us. It has both given me the opportunity to think about how we will make the best use of our installations into the future, plus have a well deserved rest from the constant necessity to attend the endless stream of visitors who come by to see us at all hours of the day and every day of the week over the last twenty five years or so.
Of course, we will be doing ‘some’ events here in the future, but they will be much smaller and will be focused exclusively on environmental education, team-building and organised workshops designed to prepare participants for a more resilient future lifestyle.
We also intend to use the centre for hosting conferences and meetings with members of the
Ibiza Fènix movement, when we can also offer accommodation to special guests from outside
the island, coming to deliver workshops or make presentations on the subjects we are studying within our Social leadership initiative.
As some of you may have read in the local newspapers here in Ibiza, the government is finally
considering the idea to design special tourism packages offering wellbeing and eco-tourism for future visitors to the island.
This is great news for me personally, as I recently sent emails to both the General Director of
Tourism and the Chief of Environment, (who I know from previous meetings in their offices),
containing plans for the Ibiza Ecolandia Centre, plus our Ibiza Fènix ecotourism project and
details of our plan to make a special Greenheart mobile phone APP for both residents and
visitors. I also included a copy of the Ibiza Fènix Association Statutes (official papers), so they
could see we were making a serious proposal to change the future tourism offer for Ibiza.
Obviously, I will arrange to have more meetings with the government with regard to these
projects as soon as we’re allowed to move around freely (Hopefully in the not-too-distant future).
Working together with Marc Osmo from our graphic design team, as well as Agathe Utard who has recently joined our team, we will also be working on improvements to the existing Ibiza Fènix main website (www.ibiza-fenix.com), which will hopefully be transformed into a lively platform designed to connect all the different branches of the movement in a much more symbiotic way than was previously possible. Together with our Casita Verde website and the Greenheart Ibiza website (www.thefenixcollective.com), we will then have the advantage of operating three different web platforms which will be intricately connected. This should allow us to cover a wide range of topics and synergetic options, such as group projects management and information broadcasts, as well as the sale of environmentally friendly products and services.
