Casita Verde from 1.30pm:
We'll be commencing this grand day with our traditional organic lunch and local fresh juices for members of Ibiza Ecologic, accompanied by live music performances and an offer of different alternative therapies in the natural health area. At around 4pm, we'll celebrate a special Gaia Wedding happening, where participants are invited to "get married" to our mother Earth. This entertaining ceremony, lasting around 25 minutes, will be guided by our planetary ambassador and accompanied by music from the Greenheart Music collection. Plus there'll be ecological products available for trying, such as our incredible Ibiza Gold Carob syrup, the entertaining Greenheart "green team" in action and many more surprises...
The day's happenings at Casita Verde will close at around 6pm, when we take the activity down to Cala Conta for the rest of the evening...
Eco Beach - Solstice Sunset Celebration, from 6pm:
Over at the Sunset Ashram restaurant in Cala Conta, we will introduce the 'Eco Beach' project, reminding beach goers to respect nature whilst enjoying the beauty of the island.
The green team will do our bit with a combined beach clean and recycling, removing the countless cigarette butts and the things people always leave, whilst giving out special ashtrays and details on recycling facilities. There will also be information on how to improve our impact on the local environment as well as ecologically-oriented children's games and other conscious raising activities. Thereafter, we'll enjoy the splendour of the solstice sunset and continue the celebrations at the Sunset Ashram into the night...
We aim to carry out similar activities each Sunday early evening, whenever the Greenheart team are present with monitors and materials.
So, come join the fun with Greenheart this sunny solstice and play your part in a positive project for the planet!
