Circular Dance
More Sunday entertainment was enjoyed at Casita Verde when we were delighted to hold a presentation of Circular Dance.
As a special addition to our open day activities on Sunday 7th October there was a demonstration and performance of Cicular Dance to entertain our guests.
What is Circular Dance?
Circular Dance is a world-wide movement of peace, joy and transformation. Their participants come from many different nations and cultures throughout the world. With beautiful music, tranditional dance steps and modern choreographies we connect to the Earth's heart, the community and our inner being.
Cicular Dance is ideal for people of all ages and physical ability.
Why dance in a circle?
A circle invites to us to feel synchronicity, harmony and universal love. It is a magical and wonderful practice for the well-being of your body, mind and spirit. Other characteristics of circular dance are:
- It improves your balance, your sense of the rhythmn and your respect for other cultures
- It harmonizes your senses, balancing your two cerebral hemispheres
- You share in the universal language of movement in harmony
The experience is truly wonderful and fun, and it is not necessary to have any previous experience, since the circle brings this to to you.
